Shipping & Delivery Information We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding QLD and national holidays.

Shipping times

All domestic shipments are handled via Australia Post. 

Once dispatched, standard shipping times are estimated between 3-5 business days depending on location.

Once dispatched, express shipping times are estimated between 1-3 business days depending on location. 

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times listed here, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Occasional courier delays and customs procedures may affect delivery times. Saber is not liable for any losses resulting from delayed deliveries. If you have travel plans, we recommend ordering in advance.

Our delivery partners may reach out via email or phone regarding your package. We are not responsible for delays if you're unreachable.

Lost Packages: Please provide a secure delivery location. Saber is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery. If your package is missing upon delivery, please contact the courier for delivery confirmation. If delivery is confirmed but you can't locate the package, email contact@saberapparel.com for assistance. We cannot refund delivered parcels reported as missing. Any offered replacements are not eligible for refund returns.

Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, immediately photograph it and contact our customer service team at contact@saberapparel.com. Exercise caution when opening the product, especially when using sharp tools. Saber is not responsible for damage caused during unpacking.
