Refund policy

Return Requirements:

Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of item/s being delivered as long as they meet the following requirements.

  1. Items must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached if applicable.
  2. Items must be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or washing powder.
  3. Items must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
  4. Items must not be marked as final sale.
  5. Returns must not include underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware.

Important Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. In such cases, the items will be sent back to you.

Please be aware that delivery fees/shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will verify if it meets the requirements listed above. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method used.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item, please contact our support team at contact@saberapparel.com 

 

Sale Events

Items purchased during our sale events, including our End of Financial Year, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day, are non-refundable. While we do not accept refunds for purchases made during these sale events, we do accept size exchanges and store credit.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

All orders are valid for exchanges as long as they are within the 30 day period of delivery and meet the return requirements. We accept exchanges for sizing and store credit. For questions about your exchange, please contact our support team at contact@saberapparel.com

You will need to return the parcel via your own shipping carrier.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, tracking will ensure lost parcels can be found.
